Once up on a time, the person whose name was abdulfatah jandli and woman shibli fall in love but they got a child before their marriage. At that time actually they didn’t want that child so they gave that child to one married couple Paul and Klera and they baptize this child as “Steven” (Steve Jobs)
If we see schooling of Steve Jobs then there was nothing much remarkable. He was just an average student in school. But when he moved for his graduation he just left his studies in first semester. After that if he entered in any college then it was Stanford University in 2005.
At Stanford University he invited as chief guest. He delivered three speeches at Stanford University and they all were remarkable. In the Beginning of his speech he said that “I am not even a Graduate but today I am invited here as a chief guest” (all these speeches are available on internet just type” Steve Jobs at Stanford University” in Google)
During his schooling he used to go to HP for hearing their seminar. At HP he met with Stefan Wauznik. And both of them became friend .And at that time he accepted that Wauznik had more knowledge than him in electronics.
In 1970, Computer technology was not so much developed. At that time Jobs and Wauznik was working for ‘Atari’ and making computer games for that company. From the income of ‘Atari’ Steve Jobs and one of his friend came to India because they both were deeply interested in spirituality. They spent some months in India.
After returning from India in 1975, Wauznik and Steve both established a company named “Apple” and made world’s first desktop computer
In 1976, they made Apple –II.
Now, Problem of apple was CEO? Jobs and Wauznik both have enough knowledge regarding electronics but they both were lacking in experience.
So Steve Jobs offered this post to Jhon Scully who was CEO of PEPSI at that time. But Jhon scully reject that offer. But it was win-win situation for Steve jobs so kept torturing scully to be CEO of apple but scully was so much stubborn.
Then Steve Jobs started verbal attack on Scully and told him that “do you have wish to do something new for world or you are just interested in making colorful water.”
This dialogue of Jobs agitated Scully to be a CEO of “Apple” and he became CEO of “Apple”.
After some times Scully took over all charge of Apple and forced Jobs to move out of Apple by offering $150 million. Jobs didn’t want to move out of Apple but Scully force him and after all he left Apple.
After leaving Apple Jobs established new company named “Next”. But the success of that company was not as much as apple. After that he bought another company “Pixar”. But still he was not satisfied. So then he moved his concentration on software and internet.
In 1996, Apple bought ‘Next’ so now Steve Jobs got his throne back. And became CEO of Apple.
In 1997, Microsoft did some agreements with Apple though at that time Microsoft had a big name than Apple. Because Apple’s strengths was its customers. Its customers were so much loyal to Apple and because of that Microsoft was not able to capture the market.
And from 1998 to till now Steve Jobs made so many products like i-pod, i-tunes, i-pad, i-phone and may more. Steve Jobs was the first one who came with the concept of different-different colors in computers. Before that computers were only available in black color.
I-pod has some interesting story. When Steve Jobs launched i-pod, It was so much costly. So only few people of society can afford it. When Steve Jobs launched i-pod in market he wanted to target only 1% of all over world market. Because at that time sony was at its peak.
Due to i-pod in America crime rate was increased by 15-20%. How? Let me explain. As I mentioned in above paragraph that i-pod was so much costly when it was new to market. So only few rich people of society could bought it. Now the differentiation between i-pod and walkman was its ear plug. Ear plug of Apple was in white color and walkman was in black color. So when people moved out with their apple i-pod other could clearly got that its Apple’s i-pod because of ear plug’s color. And thus how thieves in America came to know that whether the person moved on street was rich or not? And then they used to rob that person.
Once up on a time Steve job was suffering from cancer. Doctor thought that there was no second chance for Steve jobs but due to proper treatment he survived and now totally out of cancer.

About me
This time in our college summer internship is going on. So many companies approached our college and almost more than 50% of class got their internship.
All students prepared nicely for interview but when interview ask one common question “Tell me about your self” some of us were not able even speak for 30 sec. even we all know that this going to be common question in interview.
At first time, I took this question very lightly but when time passed and I took one demo in front of mirror to speak about myself even I just finished within 20 sec.
And my expression is like “Oh! My god”
I shame on my self that I can’t speak on my self for just 1 min.
But nothing is to worry. It was just demo. Then I prepared a complete 2 min. speech on “about me”. It was just 2 min. speech but for preparing it I took almost 3-4 days. Because writing about me you need to examine your self by your self. This task is very difficult. But I did it.

Networking
Networking is the greatest thing that person can have. With a proper network anyone can do anything.
I understand the real importance of networking when I was in school. I was studied in 11th std. and I had my school examination on my head. I am not that much studious but somehow I always manage distinction at my school level and first class in my college.
I did this because of just networking. It started from 11th std. from paper of economics. I hate this subject but there was no option. I had to study it. So at the time of annual examination somehow I came to know that paper of economics got licked. So I called my all friends gave them this good news and by midnight I got paper by one of my friends and on the other day, it was same paper.
In college same thing is happen, I was doing different –different jobs so I had no time for study I used to buy paper from my sources and then to recover my own expense I used to sol it. And also made some profit by selling papers.
This is practical example of networking. My network helped me lot during my school time and college time.
Now days in our college summer internship process is going on. In that college give us permission that if you have enough contact and you want to intern by your self then you can do it. At this time again my networks helps me lot.
Networking on sites like Facebook, Orkut, Linked In is not small thing. Now days HR manager of any company seek a profile of that person on social media before taking actual interview. Don’t take it social media lightly.
I love my Gujarat
Today let me talk something about my Gujarat.
When I was on tour of Jammu and Kashmir in last November because of my gregarious nature I talked so much with people who lived there and have business there. People of jammu are very nice. Most of the people in Jammu are Hindu and Shikh.
Now come to the most important thing. When I approached them for talking, I faced same question “aap kaha se ho?” then I replied “me Gujarat se hoon”. After hearing my answer their expression delighted me and they treated us with dignity. They all respect Narendra Modi. And they all also want a CM like Narendra Modi for their state.
Then I asked them about terrorist activity in Jammu and Kashmir. They told that in Jammu police security is quite enough to catch them so terrorist usually not much active in Jammu but near POK they are so much active. They use to attack small-small villages after 2-3 days. And the war between our army and terrorist is constantly doing on near POK.
In Jammu I met one person who been a victim of one terrorist activity and injured by two bullets in his head. He told me that the terrorist just came and stated a fire like anything. They didn’t even see who is there?
This is the pic. of that person who injured by bullet. you can see a mark of bullet on his head.
The review they all gave me on Gujarat was awesome. They all told that really you are lucky that you have a CM like Modi.

Loophole in "Decison Making Model"
My thinking process is slightly different from others. And I am not much interested in studies but when study something new I used to apply my mind behind that theory.
In class of managerial communication before some days I learned decision making model. I forgot the name who invented it. Basically there are four steps in decision making model. These are as follows.
1) Find the Problem
2) Find different-different solution
3) Select the bet alternative among them
4) Apply that
We studied this much in that theory but now I have question. This is a decision making model so after 4th step you need to check that whether your decision is right or not so there should be one more .so that you can check that what is the effectiveness of your decision?
So according to me 5th stage should be something like “FEEDBACK”.
From the feedback, I recall one nice quote so let me share it with you “Feedback is breakfast for Winner”.
My next post will be on feedback and my own feedback theory.

Be open
I learned one nice lesson from my life insurance job. It was completely marketing job so everyday I need to meet new and new-new people with different-different mind sets.
One day I was on call. It was 5 P.M. I was sitting in client’s office and wait for him. After 10-12 minutes he came and started to make apology for being late. I said its ok, Sir. Then I started to chat with him regarding his family background and his other investments.
After some time, suddenly he called his servant by shouting. His servant came in office and replied,”BOLO SAHEB”. Now my client was looking at me and asked me “chay chalegi na”. I replied, “No, Sir” then he asked me for coffee I again denied.
(This was our first meeting so I denied offer of tea and coffee but later I learned that just drink whatever client offered to you but dependence on situation.)
So finally, he to his servant. “mere liye ek chay aur ye sahib ke liye ek cup doodh le ke aao”
I was literally shocked. And suddenly stopped his servant and also told him to bring one cup of tea for me.
And on the other side my client was literally laughing at me. I felt like humiliation. But it was nothing like that.
After finishing call when I went to my office and told this incident to my sale manager and my other colleague then they all laughed me at lot.
So, just be open while you are dealing with people. Otherwise you will be in trouble like me.

Suicide
I woke up at 5:45 in the morning, did my brush and while taking a sip of tea was reading newspaper. I was just reading it form surface because lot many things to do. But when I came at last page there was news “A 15 yeas boy hang him self and got died”. This was not first time, in last one month I have gone through at least 20-22 suicide cases of board student. And still now thinking that “why they are doing suicide.?”
Suicide is not a small thing, it is crime in India. While the time of doing suicide, unfortunately if you saved from it then really you will die. This doesn’t mean that I am telling you to do suicide.
As we all know what kind of pressure board students are facing at time of their examination. This pressure is not a pressure of study. This pressure is a “social pressure”. Every body has feared of getting low percentage. Parents are tries to complete their expectations from children.
But no one thinks about the condition of child. In fact he is not fears from getting less percentage but he is fears from the consequences of that percentage. And at that time, the condition of the child is so worst that even he can’t talk on this to anybody.
Just imagine that before 2 days of board exams a child goes to his parents and frankly tell them that I am not able to perform as per your expectations then what could be the replied. If parents are mine then they replies that who told you to perform you just go and perform. I don’t care how you perform. But these are my parents but in generally parents replies “I invested lot many in your education and now you are telling me that you are not able to perform as per our expectations.”
So, understand the dilemma from child.
Here child understand that if I’ll get less percentage then it would be insulted for my parents so let me do suicide. So that at least they are not blaming for my low result.
In movie “3 idiots”, aamir told that in grade sheets there should be only roll numbers instead of their names. But according to me, the result should be banned on notice board. Students have to be informing his result by e-mail.
And at last I would like to say that the marking should not be on the assignment completed by student or by answer written in exams but it should be on the effort which is made by student.
